Adam Perry
Admissions Counselor

Adam Perry is a south Florida native who has worked in the substance abuse and mental health field since 2008. He is passionate about helping families navigate crises and guide them to transformative care.
Adam's career began at the Hanley Center 12 years ago, first as a volunteer and then as behavioral health tech, later becoming the lead counselor assistant overseeing the Men's Unit. While working for Caron, Adam taught continuing education training for staff on de-escalation and crisis intervention. He then worked as the Director of Operations and clinical coordinator of an extended care program in Manhattan and then as a primary counselor at Family First Adolescent Services.
Adam knows how difficult it can be trying to get sober young. After several attempts at recovery after high school, he found sustained sobriety over thirteen years ago--and wishes that Voyage had been open back in 2000.
Adam is a painter, designer and a musician. These pursuits have lead him to different parts of the helping field and the country. Before coming on board at Voyage, Adam helped clinicians develop and launch their private practices and agencies.
Adam lives with his wife and 5-year-old son in Minneapolis, but often visits his family in North Palm Beach and his Voyage family.
