Matthew brings a deeply personal and a strong professional background to his work supporting individuals and families navigating behavioral health and substance use treatment.

As someone in recovery himself, Matt understands firsthand the challenges, uncertainty, and hope that come with the recovery journey. Conversely, Matt has also witnessed his own family navigate the behavioral health system while seeking support for a family member. This further fueled his passion and expanded his understanding of how overwhelming it can be for families to identify the right resources, understand their options, and determine the best path forward.

Professionally, Matt has built a reputation in the Northeast for connecting families with quality resources and treatment options that best fit their individual needs, circumstances, and goals. He has served as Director of Member Services for a Recovery Community Organization, Senior Director of Outreach for a dually licensed behavioral health organization and maintains long-standing relationships with behavioral health and recovery professionals, bolstering his ability to help families navigate a complex system with greater confidence and direction.

At the heart of Matt’s work is a simple belief: no family should have to navigate this process alone. His experience continues to motivate him, and he sees his role as an opportunity to be the guide his mother never had - providing every family he supports with compassion, understanding, trusted connections, and a clear path toward the help they need.
