Megan Norquest
LCSW, MCAP
PRIMARY THERAPIST
Megan is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Master Certified Addiction Professional with more than a decade of experience in the mental health and substance use disorder fields, serving in both clinical and leadership roles. She is a dedicated, compassionate, and trauma-informed professional with a passion for helping individuals and families heal, reconnect, and experience post-traumatic growth.
Megan is a Master Certified practitioner in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a therapeutic approach that addresses the long-term impact of developmental and relational trauma. With a deep understanding of how developmental, relational, and complex trauma can shape mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, Megan has found her purpose in working with young adults and their families.
She integrates NARM with evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to help clients address problematic substance use, emotion regulation, interpersonal difficulties, family system dysfunction, and both explicit and implicit trauma. Her approach recognizes that symptoms and behaviors often develop as adaptive responses to experiences of disconnection, adversity, and trauma.
Grounded in a client-centered, person-in-environment perspective, Megan helps clients better understand themselves, identify and navigate obstacles, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with the people and values that matter most. At the heart of her work is the belief that healing happens through connection.
