Ross Talarico is a Primary Therapist at Voyage Recovery who approaches his work with warmth, thoughtfulness, and a deep respect for the recovery process. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and has experience supporting young adults across multiple levels of care in South Florida treatment settings.
Ross has progressed from working as a behavioral health technician, case manager, and a primary therapist, giving him a grounded, real-world understanding of what clients and families need in early recovery. In his clinical work, he conducts comprehensive assessments and leads individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
Ross is known for his steady presence and approachable style. He works to create a space where clients feel safe being honest, challenged to grow, and supported as they build the skills needed for lasting recovery. He believes meaningful change happens through trust, consistency, and genuine human connection.
