Tish Alessandro

As the Alumni Parent Liaison at Voyage Recovery, Tish Alessandro offers support and resources to families navigating the challenges of addiction recovery. A board-certified Health and Wellness Coach who holds a BA in Psychology and an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Tish brings over a decade of experience helping individuals and systems grow through change.
Her commitment to this work is deeply personal—Tish is the mother of a Voyage alumni. She draws on both her professional training and lived experience to walk alongside parents with empathy, clarity, and hope. Tish is an active member of the Voyage Alumni Parent group and appreciates the many gifts that have come from her son’s experience and her personal recovery.
Before joining Voyage Tish worked as a coach and consultant across healthcare, higher education, and corporate sectors; including roles at the University of Maryland and The Walt Disney Company as well as her personal Health and Wellness Coach practice.
Originally from North Carolina Tish now lives in Winter Park, FL. She enjoys music, reading, baking and watching college basketball.
